Please join me at Athleisure Collective  for a Synchronizing Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra! you will be guided through this session of deep relaxation and restoration so we are able to move into a deeper state of harmony, balance, and inner peace through the potent practices of Yoga Nidra and sound healing.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply therapeutic and restorative process - also known as “sleep of the yogi” or “conscious sleep”.  However, the play is, we are not actually asleep. In Yoga Nidra we lye in a resting position throughout the process. It allows us to activate Delta brainwaves, allowing your mind and body to rest while we are awake. Yoga nidra also activates the pineal gland, which helps activate the release of melatonin.  Yoga Nidra is deeply nourishing and supportive to our entire body, mind, and spirit.

From this deep and restful state we achieve through Yoga Nidra, we then drop into the rhythmic, healing of sound and vibrations to experience the profound benefits of vibrational sound healing. Your body will be surrounded and bathed by the high vibrating frequencies of Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other powerful healing instruments. Our intention for this time is to leave you feeling completely supported, balanced and nourished in all ways.

The benefits of sound healing and yoga nidra can range from reduced stress and mood swings, lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, improved pain management, reduced risk of strokes and coronary artery disease, improved sleep, support to the immune and all systems, overall sense of peace and calm and so very much more.

Please bring anything that will better support your comfort such as a pillow, yoga mat/cushion, eye pillow, and extra blanket. 

We do have yoga mats and yoga pillows!
